My Glory Will Not Be Turned To Shame

Topic: My Glory Will Not Be Turned To Shame

Text: Psalm 4 vs 2.
Jesus has given me His glory. His glory is my possession and inheritance.  I will manifest this glory in all areas of my life and no power will turn my glory to shame in Jesus' name. Amen.
John 17 vs 22 says that: "And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one".  This is a blessing beyond any description.  Jesus has given us His glory.  We are born again into the glory of the Lord.  The glory pertains to every goodness and sweetness of God.  It pertains to every virtue, every strength, every honour and riches of God. The glory of God is not something to pray for: it is something to call forth because we have already been given. Hallelujah! There is no child of God that is without the glory of His maker. This glory must always be paraded and flaunted. There is no humility in concealing the glory of God. God is honored whenever we showcase His glory in our lives.
However,  God is bordered about the sustenance of the glory He has given us and this is why He asked in Psalm 4 vs 2: "O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame....?"You may want to know: when does a person's glory is turned to shame? 1. When sin and unrighteousness become a lifestyle. 2. When the enemy reigns and rules over a destiny. 3. When working for God becomes a burden. 4. When prayers become cold, tiring and a burden. 5. When a Christian pitches his tent with the enemies of God and joins them to mock, oppose and malign things of God. 6. When discouragement and coldness set in. 7.  When revival is dead and the spirit of God is gone in the life of a Christian.
The strength of our faith and walk with God is in keeping the glory of God intact. Those whose glory have been turned to shame suffer the following: 1. Fear and torment.  2. Sicknesses and afflictions.  3. Pursuits of carnality and vanity.  4. Hatred for God's people and their works.  5. Hypocrisy and self- righteousness.  6. Lack and permanent poverty.  7.  Death and destruction.  8. Insecurity and uncertainty.  9. Wickedness and all manner of evil.  10. Sorrow and Shame.  It is important that a Christian examines himself daily to ensure that the glory God has given him is not tampered with. Vigilance is needed for self- examination.
Generally, many Christians are careless about spiritual alertness.  This is why we always say what we should not say.  This is why we regularly entertain thoughts of fear, worry, anxiety and defeat.  This is why we usually resign ourselves to fate when things seem not to be going well. All these should stop.  Prayers, praises, study of the word of God, service unto God in any ministry you belong and separation from sins and satan are very important weapons of alertness. Don't lower your guard, fight on.  Don't agree with satan and his workers.  You need to move on for you to move up.  Don't give up.  Don't allow your mood to affect your faith. And as you pray today,  God will revive your glory and send shame to those seeking you for shame in Jesus' name.  Amen. Shalom!

Hallelujah! Pls, pray & share. Are you prepared for Rapture? Please, hurry to connect Jesus. He is at the doorpost. God bless you more. Pastor Dele Oyewale(  5 February, 2018).
